FenceBanner is a registered business name operated by CARROLL, CHRISTIAN (Individual / sole trader), ABN 58 735 491 307. These terms apply to your use of the FenceBanner website. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. What this site does

This site describes our fence advertising service and lets homeowners and businesses enquire. An enquiry does not itself create a host or advertiser agreement. Any commercial arrangement is governed by the separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

2. Indicative information

Figures described as typical, indicative, estimated or modelled — including earnings and traffic/passings estimates — are illustrations, not guarantees. Actual availability, exposure, pricing and outcomes depend on the street, location, demand and other factors.

3. Signage and council requirements

We design signage with relevant size, height, setback and advertising-device requirements in mind and check requirements applying to a property before installation. Requirements vary between councils and zones and may change. We do not promise that every sign is automatically exempt from approval in every location.

Where a council raises a question about a sign we installed, Fence Banner will manage that correspondence and bear the reasonable cost of altering or removing our sign under the host arrangement.

4. Separate agreements take priority

If you become a host or advertiser, your signed or accepted agreement with us governs that arrangement. If these website terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement takes priority.

5. Intellectual property

The Fence Banner name, logo, site content, artwork, video and layout belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal or business evaluation but may not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission.

6. Content you provide

If you send us artwork or brand materials, you confirm you have the right to use them and allow us to reproduce them for the purpose of assessing or running your campaign. We may decline content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unsuitable for residential display.

7. Third-party services

Our site may use or link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
